Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NECAB3 (N-terminal Ets transcription factor 2-associated protein 3) is a member of the NECAB family, which is implicated in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and transcriptional regulation. Its unique structure, characterized by multiple calcium-binding EF-hand motifs, suggests a potential role in calcium signaling pathways. Research indicates that NECAB3 interacts with several key proteins involved in neuronal development and synaptic function, highlighting its significance in the nervous system. Dysregulation of NECAB3 has been linked to neurological disorders, making it a target for investigation in therapeutic strategies. Additionally, studying the recombinant form of NECAB3 can provide insights into its functional role, interaction dynamics, and physiological implications. Advances in recombinant protein technology facilitate the production and purification of NECAB3, enabling detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization. Understanding the mechanisms underlying NECAB3's function could contribute to elucidating complex cellular networks in both healthy and diseased states, potentially leading to novel approaches in treating conditions associated with its dysregulation. Thus, the study of NECAB3 as a recombinant protein is essential for unlocking its biological significance and developing applications in biomedical research.
