Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CHSY3, or chondroitin sulfate synthase 3, is a key enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of chondroitin sulfate, a glycosaminoglycan that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell signaling, tissue hydration, and structural support in the extracellular matrix. Abnormalities in chondroitin sulfate metabolism have been implicated in several diseases, including osteoarthritis, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding CHSY3's function and regulation. Research on CHSY3 focuses on elucidating its enzymatic mechanisms, identifying its regulatory factors, and exploring its interactions with other proteins involved in glycosaminoglycan synthesis. Additionally, the development of recombinant CHSY3 proteins has become essential for studying its properties and potential therapeutic applications. By investigating the structure and function of CHSY3, scientists aim to uncover novel insights into its role in health and disease, potentially leading to targeted therapies and biomarker development for conditions associated with disrupted chondroitin sulfate metabolism. Thus, CHSY3 stands as a promising target for both fundamental research and clinical applications in regenerative medicine and pathology.
