Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DGKd (diacylglycerol kinase delta) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes by regulating the levels of diacylglycerol (DAG), a vital signaling molecule involved in numerous physiological functions. The study of DGKd has gained significant attention due to its implications in diverse biological events, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Furthermore, DGKd has been linked to several pathological conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, making it an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production of DGKd for research purposes, enabling detailed investigations into its structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms. By utilizing recombinant DNA techniques, researchers can produce high-purity DGKd proteins that allow for in-depth biochemical and biophysical characterization. Understanding the intricacies of DGKd’s activity and its impact on cellular signaling pathways can provide valuable insights into potential drug development and therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with dysregulated DAG signaling. Thus, ongoing research on DGKd recombinant proteins not only contributes to our fundamental knowledge of signaling dynamics but also fosters the exploration of novel therapeutic avenues.
