Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RhoG, a member of the Rho family of small GTPases, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including actin cytoskeleton dynamics, cell migration, and signal transduction. It acts as a molecular switch that regulates diverse biological functions by cycling between an active GTP-bound state and an inactive GDP-bound state. Recent studies have highlighted its significant involvement in immune responses, neuronal development, and cancer progression. Understanding RhoG's mechanisms of action and its downstream effectors is essential for elucidating its role in health and disease. The production of recombinant RhoG protein has become vital for conducting biochemical assays and structural studies, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with various partners and to explore its regulatory pathways in greater detail. This research not only advances our understanding of RhoG's functions but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting RhoG-related pathways in diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, underscoring the protein's relevance in molecular biology and medicine.
