Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDH7, a member of the cadherin superfamily, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and is primarily expressed in the nervous system. It is involved in various biological processes, including neuronal development, synapse formation, and maintaining tissue architecture. Dysregulation of CDH7 has been implicated in several neurodevelopmental disorders and conditions such as autism spectrum disorders and schizophrenia, making it a significant target for research. The study of CDH7 recombinant proteins is essential for elucidating its functional mechanisms and understanding its role in cell signaling pathways. Recombinant CDH7 can be used to perform interaction assays, structural studies, and functional analyses that reveal its adhesion properties and interactions with other proteins. Furthermore, characterizing CDH7 at the molecular level can aid in the development of therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with cadherin malfunction. By producing CDH7 as a recombinant protein, researchers can create specific antibodies and probes for in vivo and in vitro studies, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological significance and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, the research on CDH7 recombinant proteins contributes valuable insights into the intricate dynamics of cell adhesion and its implications for neurodevelopmental health.
