Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RFXANK (Regulatory Factor X Associated Protein) is a crucial component in the immune response and the regulation of genes involved in antigen presentation. Mutations in the RFXANK gene have been linked to severe immunodeficiencies, particularly in cases affecting the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) class II pathway, which is essential for adaptive immunity. Research into RFXANK recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship and explore its role in transcriptional regulation. The recombinant expression of RFXANK allows for the detailed study of its interactions with other proteins and DNA elements critical for MHC class II gene expression. Moreover, understanding RFXANK's mechanisms can lead to the development of targeted therapies for immunological disorders and advancing vaccine strategies by enhancing antigen presentation. Current studies focus on optimizing the production of RFXANK proteins in various expression systems, characterizing their biochemical properties, and conducting functional assays to assess their impact on immune cell behavior. This area of research holds the potential to significantly improve our knowledge of immune regulation, paving the way for novel therapeutic approaches in immune-related diseases.
