稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fibroblast growth factor 16 (FGF16) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family, known for its critical roles in cellular growth, differentiation, and survival. Research on FGF16 has garnered significant attention due to its potential implications in various physiological processes, including cardiac development and repair, as well as its involvement in metabolic regulation. FGF16 is expressed predominantly in the heart and is believed to play a pivotal role in cardiogenesis and the maintenance of cardiac function. Dysregulation of FGF16 signaling has been associated with several cardiovascular diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. The production of recombinant FGF16 protein is crucial for investigating its biological functions, understanding its role in cardiac physiology, and developing novel therapeutic strategies. Current studies focus on the characterization of FGF16's binding properties, its interactions with specific receptor pathways, and its effects on cardiac myocytes. By elucidating the mechanisms underlying FGF16 action, researchers aim to harness its therapeutic potential for heart-related conditions and to promote tissue regeneration. As such, recombinant FGF16 protein not only serves as a valuable tool for experimental research but also holds promise for future clinical applications in cardiovascular therapy.
