稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RBBP9, or Retinoblastoma Binding Protein 9, is a crucial player in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and transcriptional control. Its role in the regulation of gene expression and interaction with the retinoblastoma (Rb) tumor suppressor protein makes it a significant focus of cancer research, particularly in the context of tumors where Rb pathway is disrupted. Studies have shown that dysregulation of RBBP9 is associated with several types of malignancies, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, RBBP9 functions within diverse molecular complexes, influencing chromatin remodeling and the modifications of histones, which are pivotal for understanding epigenetic regulation in cancer. The recombinant expression of RBBP9 allows researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties in greater detail, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. By developing RBBP9 as a recombinant protein, scientists can explore its interactions with other proteins and small molecules, which could lead to the identification of novel targets for cancer treatment. Overall, RBBP9 represents a compelling subject of study within the broader landscape of tumor biology and therapeutic development, necessitating further investigation into its mechanistic roles and applications in oncology.
