Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NACC1, or NAC (Commonly known as Nucleus Accumbens Associated Protein 1), is a transcription factor that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential implications in neurobiology and cancer research. Originally identified in studies focused on the nucleus accumbens, a region of the brain associated with reward and addiction, NACC1 is believed to play a crucial role in regulating gene expression linked to neuronal plasticity and growth. Moreover, emerging evidence suggests that NACC1 is involved in tumorigenesis, particularly in certain types of cancers where it may contribute to tumor growth and metastasis. Its ability to impact key cellular processes has prompted researchers to investigate NACC1 as a potential biomarker for malignancies and a target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant protein of NACC1 enables researchers to study its functional properties and interactions at a molecular level, yielding insights into its role in both normal physiology and disease states. Investigating NACC1 and its associated pathways could lead to novel approaches in treating neurodegenerative diseases and cancers, highlighting the importance of further research in this field. The development of recombinant NACC1 protein facilitates a deeper understanding of its biological functions and allows for the exploration of its therapeutic potential, ultimately contributing to advancements in targeted therapies and personalized medicine.
