Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NAB1 (Nuclear Anomaly-Binding protein 1) is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in regulating gene expression and mRNA stability. Its significance has been underscored by findings that suggest NAB1 plays a role in cellular response to stress and inflammation, which are critical in both normal physiological functions and pathological conditions, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The interest in NAB1 restructured protein research lies in its potential as a therapeutic target; understanding its structural and functional dynamics can illuminate its role in disease mechanisms. Furthermore, NAB1's interactions with other proteins and its influence on transcriptional regulation make it a focal point in the study of gene regulatory networks. Researchers aim to elucidate its structure through recombinant DNA technology, allowing for the production of purified NAB1 protein for functional assays and structural studies. This approach not only enhances knowledge about NAB1's biological roles but also facilitates the discovery of small molecules or biologics that could modulate its activity, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies. The exploration of NAB1 restructured protein continues to be a promising avenue in biomedicine, providing insights into gene regulation and contributing to the development of innovative treatments for various diseases.
