Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
N4BP2L2 (NEDD4-binding protein 2-like 2) is a relatively newly identified protein that belongs to the NEDD4 family of ubiquitin ligases, which play a crucial role in protein degradation and regulation of various cellular processes. Research into N4BP2L2 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in crucial biological pathways, including cellular stress response, apoptosis, and immune regulation. Studies have shown that N4BP2L2 interacts with various substrates, suggesting its role in post-translational modification and signaling pathways. Given its structural similarities with other NEDD4 family proteins, N4BP2L2 is likely to share functional roles in modulating protein interactions and cellular homeostasis. Investigating the molecular mechanisms governing N4BP2L2 function may provide insights into its significance in diseases, including cancers and autoimmune disorders. Furthermore, the recombinant expression of N4BP2L2 can facilitate the characterization of its biochemical properties and interactions, paving the way for therapeutic applications and drug development. As research unfolds, understanding the biological functions and implications of N4BP2L2 is vital for elucidating complex cellular dynamics and therapeutic interventions.
