Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYST3, a member of the MYST family of histone acetyltransferases, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression through its enzymatic activity, which adds acetyl groups to histone proteins, thereby influencing chromatin dynamics and accessibility. Recent studies have illuminated the significance of MYST3 in diverse biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, making it a key player in various cancers and developmental disorders. The investigation of MYST3 recombinant proteins has emerged as a vital approach to understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions within the cellular context. By producing MYST3 in a recombinant form, researchers can perform in-depth analyses of its catalytic properties, binding interactions, and substrate specificity. Moreover, such studies can unravel the pathways through which MYST3 contributes to oncogenesis, providing potential targets for therapeutic intervention. Given the pressing need for targeted cancer therapies, the characterization of MYST3 and its associated complexes holds promise for identifying novel strategies to combat malignancies driven by epigenetic dysregulation. Thus, the research on MYST3 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of its biological roles but also opens avenues for innovative treatments in cancer and other diseases linked to aberrant acetylation processes.
