Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The MZF1 (Myeloid Zinc Finger 1) protein is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression during myeloid development and cellular differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological processes, including hematopoiesis, immune response, and tumorigenesis. MZF1 is characterized by its zinc finger domains, which facilitate DNA binding and interaction with other proteins, thereby influencing target gene activation or repression. Alterations in MZF1 expression levels have been implicated in several hematological malignancies and other diseases, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and therapeutic targets. Research focusing on the recombinant expression of MZF1 aims to elucidate its functional properties, regulatory mechanisms, and interaction network within the cell. By producing and characterizing recombinant MZF1, researchers can investigate its structural features, stability, and binding affinity to specific DNA sequences, enriching our understanding of its role in health and disease. Additionally, recombinant MZF1 can be utilized in high-throughput screening assays to identify novel inhibitors or modulators of its activity, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. Overall, the study of recombinant MZF1 protein not only enhances our comprehension of myeloid lineage differentiation and immune function but also opens new avenues for targeted therapies in cancers and other disorders related to dysregulated transcriptional programs.
