Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYSM1, or Myb-like, SWIRM, and MPN domain-containing protein 1, is a member of the MPN+ (MPR1/Map7 family) domain-containing protein family and plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including DNA damage repair, cell cycle regulation, and epigenetic modifications. The study of MYSM1 has gained significance due to its involvement in the regulation of gene expression through deubiquitination and the modulation of histone modifications, indicating its potential role in cancer biology and stem cell maintenance. Research has shown that MYSM1 acts as a positive regulator of certain tumor suppressors and is implicated in the progression of various malignancies, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, MYSM1's function in the immune response and its ability to influence the differentiation of immune cells highlights its relevance in both tumor immunology and autoimmunity research. As scientists delve deeper into the structural and functional characteristics of MYSM1, including its interactions with other key regulatory proteins and its post-translational modifications, there is a growing interest in exploring its therapeutic potential and understanding its contributions to disease pathogenesis, particularly in oncology and regenerative medicine. Overall, the ongoing investigation of MYSM1 represents a promising frontier in molecular biology, opening avenues for innovative strategies in the treatment of diseases linked to its dysregulation.
