Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB7A is a member of the RAS oncogene family, playing a vital role in regulating intracellular trafficking and late endosomal/lysosomal transport. It is primarily involved in the maturation of endosomes and the delivery of cargo to lysosomes, a process essential for cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of RAB7A has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegeneration, cancer, and感染, highlighting its significance in both physiological and pathological contexts. The study of RAB7A recombinant protein is crucial for understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. Researchers are focusing on characterizing this protein to elucidate its role in endosomal dynamics and its implications in diseases. Techniques such as protein purification and functional assays allow for the exploration of RAB7A's interactions with other cellular proteins and its effect on endosomal and lysosomal function. Additionally, given its involvement in disease processes, RAB7A represents a potential therapeutic target, making the understanding of its structure and function increasingly important. Hence, the investigation of RAB7A recombinant protein serves not only to advance basic biological knowledge but also to pave the way for developing effective therapeutic strategies that could mitigate the impacts of diseases associated with RAB7A dysfunction.
