Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB6B is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which are crucial regulators of intracellular vesicle transport and membrane trafficking. It has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including exocytosis, endocytosis, and Golgi apparatus function. Studies have indicated that RAB6B is involved in multiple cellular pathways, affecting processes such as cell signaling, cytoskeletal dynamics, and organelle communication. Given its relevance to critical cellular functions and the implications for numerous diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, researchers have focused on producing recombinant RAB6B proteins. The generation of these proteins enables detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization, providing insight into its role in cellular mechanisms. Furthermore, understanding RAB6B's function could yield valuable information for developing therapeutic strategies targeting abnormal vesicle trafficking pathways associated with various pathologies. Overall, the study of RAB6B recombinant proteins is pivotal for elucidating the molecular underpinnings of cellular transport mechanisms and their impact on health and disease.
