Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB5C is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in intracellular membrane trafficking and endocytosis. The proper functioning of RAB5C is essential for regulating vesicle formation, fusion, and transport within the cell. Research has indicated that RAB5C is highly involved in various cellular processes, including the maturation of early endosomes and the recycling of membrane proteins. Abnormalities in RAB5C function have been linked to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, where altered endosomal trafficking contributes to disease progression. The recombinant expression of RAB5C provides a valuable tool for studying its functional dynamics, interactions with other proteins, and the impact of mutations on its activity. By generating RAB5C recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its role in cellular processes and its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying RAB5C function will enhance our comprehension of cellular homeostasis and the pathological states arising from its dysregulation.
