Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The BTZ (bortezomib) fusion proteins represent a significant area of research within the field of biotechnology and therapeutics, particularly in the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. Bortezomib, a proteasome inhibitor, has shown efficacy in treating multiple myeloma and certain types of lymphoma by promoting apoptosis in malignant cells. The exploration of BTZ as a fusion protein aims to enhance its therapeutic efficacy and specificity. Researchers are investigating the potential of coupling BTZ with various targeting moieties, such as antibodies or peptides, to create a more selective approach that minimizes off-target effects and reduces toxicity. This strategy may allow for the localized delivery of bortezomib directly to cancer cells, thereby improving treatment outcomes and patient quality of life. Furthermore, the study of BTZ fusion proteins is part of a broader initiative to develop personalized medicine approaches, where therapies can be tailored to the unique molecular profiles of individual patients. As the understanding of cancer biology and the mechanisms of drug action continues to evolve, the development and optimization of BTZ fusion proteins hold promise for more effective and safer treatment options in oncology. This research is critical not only for increasing the therapeutic window of existing treatments but also for discovering new avenues in cancer therapy that could lead to breakthroughs in patient care.
