  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

MYBL1, a member of the MYB transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It is particularly important in the context of hematopoiesis and lymphocyte development, where it contributes to the regulation of genes essential for normal cellular function. Abnormal expression of MYBL1 has been associated with several cancers, including hematological malignancies, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Research has demonstrated that MYBL1 is involved in maintaining genome stability and regulating the cell cycle, particularly during the transition from the G1 to the S phase. The study of MYBL1 recombinant proteins has gained traction in recent years, focusing on understanding its structural properties, binding mechanisms, and interaction with other cellular factors. By producing and characterizing MYBL1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its functional roles and regulatory pathways, which could provide insights into the development of targeted cancer therapies. Additionally, studying MYBL1's involvement in tumorigenesis may uncover novel biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Overall, MYBL1 represents a promising avenue for research, given its multifaceted role in cellular processes and its potential implications in cancer biology.
