Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MTRF1L (Mitochondrial Translation Release Factor 1-like) is a protein that plays a crucial role in mitochondrial translation and protein synthesis, contributing to the proper functioning of mitochondrial protein production. Research on MTRF1L has gained attention due to its significance in cellular metabolism and energy production, which are vital for maintaining overall cellular health. Dysregulation of mitochondrial functions is associated with various metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, making it essential to understand the mechanisms underlying MTRF1L's role in these processes. Furthermore, studies have indicated that MTRF1L may be involved in mitochondrial quality control and response to stress, which can influence cell survival and adaptation mechanisms. By exploring the structure, function, and regulatory pathways of MTRF1L, researchers aim to uncover novel insights into mitochondrial biology and potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. The development of recombinant MTRF1L protein allows for in-depth investigation of its biochemical properties and interactions, facilitating advancements in the understanding of mitochondrial dynamics and their implications in health and disease.
