Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB22A is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which are critical regulators of intracellular membrane trafficking, vesicle formation, and transport processes. Recent studies have highlighted the significant role of RAB22A in various cellular functions, including endocytosis, autophagy, and exocytosis. It is known to be involved in the recycling of receptors and other membrane proteins, thus influencing signal transduction and cellular response mechanisms. Additionally, aberrant expression or mutations in RAB22A have been associated with various diseases, including cancer, where it can impact tumor growth and metastasis. As a result, understanding the functional properties and regulatory mechanisms of RAB22A is vital for elucidating its contributions to cellular homeostasis and disease. Researchers have focused on developing recombinant RAB22A proteins to study their structure and function in detail. By expressing and purifying RAB22A in heterologous systems, scientists aim to investigate its GTPase activity, membrane interactions, and interactions with potential effector proteins. These investigations can provide valuable insights into the molecular pathways regulated by RAB22A and may unveil new therapeutic targets for diseases linked to its dysregulation. Therefore, recombinant RAB22A serves as an essential tool for advancing our understanding of membrane dynamics and cellular communication, ultimately contributing to the development of innovative strategies for medical intervention.
