Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB21 is a member of the RAB GTPase family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular membrane trafficking, endocytosis, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research on RAB21 has gained significant attention due to its implications in various biological processes and diseases, including cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative disorders. It is primarily involved in regulating the transport of vesicles and proteins within cells, influencing cellular signaling pathways and organelle maintenance. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of RAB21 in modulating the immune response and its potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, the dysregulation of RAB21 has been associated with several pathological conditions, suggesting its pivotal role in cellular homeostasis. The development of recombinant RAB21 protein has provided researchers with valuable tools to elucidate its functional properties, structure-function relationships, and interaction networks within the cell. By employing techniques such as protein expression, purification, and functional assays, scientists aim to characterize RAB21's role in various physiological and pathological contexts, enhancing our understanding of its contributions to cellular behavior. The exploration of RAB21's functions and mechanisms could pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies, making it a vital area of ongoing research in cell biology and biomedical sciences.
