Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MTERFD3 (MTERF domain-containing protein 3) has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its role in cellular processes and potential implications in health and disease. This protein is part of a family that includes mitochondrial transcription termination factor (MTERF) proteins, which are known to participate in the regulation of mitochondrial gene expression and maintenance of mitochondrial DNA. Research has highlighted that MTERFD3 is involved in various cellular functions, including apoptosis, energy metabolism, and stress responses. Dysregulation of MTERFD3 has been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, which emphasizes its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying the function of MTERFD3 is essential, as it may reveal novel insights into mitochondrial biology and its influence on cellular health. Furthermore, the expression and activity of MTERFD3 can be modulated by various factors, making it a candidate for exploring the responses of cells to environmental stressors. Consequently, the study of recombinant MTERFD3 protein can enhance our understanding of its structure-function relationships and interactions with other biomolecules, potentially leading to advancements in therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. As research progresses, it is expected that more insights will emerge regarding the precise roles of MTERFD3 in cellular physiology and pathology, paving the way for innovative approaches in biomedical research and therapy.
