稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB11A is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics. This protein is particularly associated with the recycling endosome, where it orchestrates the transport of materials between endosomes and the plasma membrane. Research into RAB11A has gained significant interest due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cytokinesis, exocytosis, and the regulation of neurotransmitter release. Aberrant function of RAB11A has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Moreover, the study of RAB11A and its interactions with other proteins provides valuable insights into the mechanisms governing cell signaling and organelle communication. The development of recombinant RAB11A proteins facilitates the exploration of its structural and functional characteristics, enabling researchers to manipulate and analyze its behavior in vitro and in vivo. This has implications not only for understanding fundamental cellular mechanisms but also for developing novel strategies for disease intervention. Overall, RAB11A represents a key subject of investigation in cell biology, and ongoing studies aim to elucidate its precise roles and regulatory mechanisms in health and disease.
