Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SUGP2 (Suppressor of Underrepresentation of Gene Products 2) is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, particularly in mRNA surveillance and the regulation of gene expression. Research has shown that SUGP2 plays a crucial role in the maintenance of mitochondrial integrity and function, as well as in the modulation of the immune response. It is considered to be involved in the degradation of faulty mRNA and in the protection against oxidative stress, making it an essential protein for cellular homeostasis. Given its significant roles in these vital processes, the study of SUGP2 has gained attention in the fields of molecular biology and genetics. Understanding the structure and function of SUGP2 can provide insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The production of recombinant SUGP2 protein has become necessary for in-depth studies, allowing researchers to elucidate its molecular mechanisms, interaction partners, and biological pathways. Innovative techniques in protein expression and purification are being employed to create functional SUGP2 for functional assays, structural studies, and the development of potential therapeutic applications. This research not only enhances basic biological knowledge but also opens avenues for translational science, addressing unmet medical needs related to diseases influenced by SUGP2 dysregulation. Overall, the investigation of recombinant SUGP2 protein represents a promising frontier in understanding its multifaceted roles in human health and disease.
