Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MRPS35, a mitochondrial ribosomal protein, plays a crucial role in mitochondrial function and protein synthesis. As part of the 28S small subunit of mitochondrial ribosomes, MRPS35 is integral in the translation of mitochondrial-encoded genes, which are essential for the production of proteins involved in oxidative phosphorylation and energy metabolism. Research has highlighted the significance of MRPS35 in maintaining mitochondrial integrity and functionality, with mutations or dysregulations in its expression potentially leading to various mitochondrial disorders. Recent studies have begun to explore the therapeutic potential of MRPS35, particularly in the context of diseases associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, such as neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes. Understanding the structure and function of MRPS35 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its role in mitochondrial biology and disease mechanisms, paving the way for targeted therapies and interventions aimed at restoring mitochondrial health. Investigations into the molecular pathways involving MRPS35 are critical for elucidating its contribution to cellular metabolism and the overall maintenance of mitochondrial dynamics, making it a vital focus for researchers studying mitochondrial pathologies and potential treatment strategies.
