稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PSMB10, also known as the beta-10 subunit of the proteasome, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS), which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. The proteasome is a large proteolytic complex that degrades polyubiquitinated proteins, thus controlling various cellular processes, including the cell cycle, apoptosis, and immune responses. Research has shown that PSMB10 is not only involved in protein turnover but also in the processing of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules, thereby influencing antigen presentation and immune response. Dysregulation of PSMB10 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have focused on the expression and functionality of recombinant PSMB10 proteins, particularly in studying their dynamics in disease models and exploring their potential as biomarkers or therapeutic targets. Understanding the structural and functional properties of PSMB10 can provide deeper insights into its role in disease pathology and open new avenues for targeted therapies aimed at modulating proteasomal activity and enhancing cellular health.
