Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MPP4 (M-phase phosphoprotein 4) is a member of the M-phase phosphoprotein family, which is known for its crucial roles in cell cycle regulation and mitotic processes. Research into MPP4 has gained traction due to its potential implications in cancer biology and cellular proliferation. Disruptions in the expression or function of MPP4 have been correlated with various malignancies, suggesting that it may act as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Moreover, MPP4 is believed to be involved in the regulation of microtubule dynamics, which are essential for proper chromosome alignment and segregation during mitosis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which MPP4 exerts its effects on cell cycle progression could provide insights into oncogenesis and aid in the development of novel cancer treatments. Recent studies have employed techniques such as RNA interference and overexpression assays to delineate the functional roles of MPP4 in cell lines, highlighting its contribution to maintaining genomic stability. As ongoing research continues to unravel the complexities of MPP4's functions, it may pave the way for innovative strategies in cancer therapy and improved diagnostic approaches for tumors exhibiting aberrant expression of this protein.
