Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPN3, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 3, is an important member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes by regulating tyrosine phosphorylation. Abnormal expression or activity of PTPs, including PTPN3, has been associated with multiple diseases, particularly cancer and autoimmune disorders. Research has shown that PTPN3 can impact cell signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Given its significant role in modulating key signaling cascades, the generation and analysis of recombinant PTPN3 protein have gained attention in the scientific community. The study of its structure and function, particularly through the use of recombinant technologies, allows for a deeper understanding of its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. This understanding is vital for exploring PTPN3's potential as a biomarker for disease progression and as a therapeutic target. Moreover, recombinant PTPN3 can be utilized in various assays to identify small molecule inhibitors or to elucidate its interaction with other signaling proteins, further advancing cancer research and treatment strategies.
