Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MNAT1, or mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 1, is a critical component of the enzyme complex that plays a vital role in the regulation of gene expression. Research into MNAT1 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation, cell cycle control, and response to stress. Abnormal expression or function of MNAT1 has been linked to several diseases, particularly cancers, suggesting that it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. Studies have indicated that MNAT1 interacts with other transcriptional co-factors, influencing the recruitment of RNA polymerase II to target genes. Additionally, its role in chromatin remodeling and RNA processing further emphasizes its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. To better understand the function and potential applications of MNAT1, researchers have turned to recombinant protein technologies, allowing for the production and characterization of MNAT1 in controlled laboratory settings. This approach not only facilitates the investigation of its biochemical properties but also aids in elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which MNAT1 contributes to transcriptional regulation. As such, the study of MNAT1 recombinant protein is poised to provide valuable insights into its functional roles and therapeutic implications in various diseases, thereby advancing our understanding of gene regulation and cellular biology.
