Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ArcA protein is a crucial regulatory element in the two-component signal transduction system of various bacteria, particularly in Escherichia coli. It plays a significant role in the adaptation to changing environmental conditions, particularly in response to oxygen levels, influencing metabolic processes such as respiration and fermentation. The study of ArcA, especially through recombinant protein techniques, allows researchers to investigate its structural and functional characteristics, elucidating the mechanisms underlying its regulatory activities. Understanding ArcA's role in gene expression and its interaction with other cellular components is essential for comprehending bacterial adaptation and survival strategies. Furthermore, recombinantly produced ArcA protein can be utilized in various biochemical assays to explore its activity and binding properties, contributing to the development of targeted antibiotics or biotechnological applications. The ongoing research into ArcA and its associated pathways holds promise for advancing our knowledge in microbiology, genetics, and metabolic engineering, revealing insights that are critical for both fundamental science and practical applications in health and industry.
