Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNM3, or Dynamin-3, is a member of the dynamin family of GTPases, which play a critical role in membrane dynamics, particularly in the processes of endocytosis and vesicle trafficking. Research into DNM3 has gained traction due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Unlike its well-studied counterparts, dynamin-1 and dynamin-2, DNM3 has been less characterized, leading to advancements in our understanding of its unique functional roles within cellular processes. Recent studies have highlighted that DNM3 is involved in synaptic vesicle recycling and neuronal development, indicating its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The development of recombinant DNM3 proteins has enabled researchers to analyze its structure and function in greater detail, aiding in the elucidation of its specific mechanisms of action. Furthermore, the investigation of DNM3's interactions with other proteins and its regulatory pathways provides insights that may lead to novel therapeutic targets for diseases where dynamin function is compromised. Overall, the study of DNM3 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of membrane dynamics but also contributes to the broader knowledge of molecular biology related to cellular communication and pathology.
