Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR3F, also known as polymerase (RNA) III polypeptide F, is a crucial component of the RNA polymerase III (Pol III) complex, which is responsible for synthesizing various small RNA molecules, including transfer RNA (tRNA), ribosomal RNA (rRNA), and small nuclear RNA (snRNA). The proper functioning of Pol III is essential for maintaining normal cellular processes such as protein synthesis, gene expression regulation, and the overall integrity of the transcriptome. Mutations or dysregulation of POLR3F have been implicated in several pathological conditions, including neurodevelopmental disorders and certain cancers. Research into POLR3F recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structural and functional properties, enabling a deeper understanding of the Pol III transcription machinery. By producing recombinant POLR3F, scientists can investigate its interactions with other Pol III subunits and regulatory factors, as well as its role in the transcriptional process. Furthermore, understanding POLR3F's mechanism could pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting related diseases. Thus, the study of POLR3F recombinant proteins represents a significant step toward comprehensively understanding Pol III function and its implications in health and disease.
