Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLCd1 (Phospholipase C delta 1) is a vital enzyme involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell proliferation, and differentiation. It plays a crucial role in the phosphoinositide signaling pathway, leading to the generation of inositol trisphosphate and diacylglycerol, which in turn regulate intracellular calcium release and protein kinase activation. Given its significant role in cellular signaling, alterations in PLCd1 expression or function have been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Research on PLCd1 recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential in therapeutic applications and as diagnostic markers. The study of PLCd1 not only enhances the understanding of cellular signaling mechanisms but also provides insights into drug development targeting specific signaling pathways. Additionally, the availability of recombinant PLCd1 allows for the exploration of its structure-function relationships, enzyme kinetics, and interactions with other signaling molecules. These insights are essential for unraveling the complex networks governing cellular responses and for developing targeted therapies aimed at modulating PLCd1 activity in disease contexts. As the field of cell signaling continues to evolve, the investigation of recombinant PLCd1 holds promise for advancing our understanding of its roles in health and disease, paving the way for novel strategies in medical intervention and biotechnological applications.
