稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB11, or Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box containing 11, is a member of the ASB family of proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, protein degradation, and cellular differentiation. Recent studies have indicated that ASB11 may be implicated in the regulation of inflammatory responses and immune system functioning, making it a focal point for research in the context of autoimmune diseases and cancer. The protein exhibits a unique structure featuring ankyrin repeats, which facilitate protein-protein interactions, and a SOCS box, which is involved in targeting proteins for ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation. Understanding the detailed mechanisms by which ASB11 functions could provide insights into its potential role in disease pathways. As a result, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing the recombinant expression of ASB11 for functional studies, including its interaction with various signaling molecules and its effects on cellular dynamics. Given the growing interest in targeted therapies for inflammatory and malignancies, ASB11 presents a promising candidate for further investigation as a therapeutic target or biomarker in clinical applications. This background lays the foundation for exploring its biochemical properties and elucidating its biological significance in health and disease.
