稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR2C, one of the essential subunits of the eukaryotic RNA polymerase II (Pol II), plays a critical role in the transcription process, mediating the synthesis of messenger RNA (mRNA) and thus influencing gene expression. Research has shown that POLR2C is involved in the assembly of the core polymerase complex and is essential for its stability and functionality. Mutations or dysregulation of POLR2C can lead to various diseases, including developmental disorders and cancers, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Due to its central role in regulating gene expression, understanding the structural and functional properties of POLR2C through recombinant protein studies is of great interest. By producing recombinant POLR2C, researchers aim to elucidate its interaction with other transcription factors and coregulators, investigate its post-translational modifications, and explore its role in transcriptional regulation. Moreover, insights gained from POLR2C studies could pave the way for therapeutic interventions targeting its pathways, offering potential treatment strategies for diseases linked to transcriptional dysregulation. Overall, POLR2C serves as a vital component in the complex regulation of gene expression, making it a key focus of molecular biology research.
