Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Creb5 (cAMP response element-binding protein 5) is a member of the CREB/ATF family of transcription factors, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Understanding the function and mechanisms of Creb5 is vital due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of Creb5 in modulating gene expression in response to extracellular signals, such as hormones and growth factors. With its regulatory role in the cAMP signaling pathway, Creb5 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for diseases influenced by dysregulated signaling pathways. Research efforts have increasingly focused on producing recombinant Creb5 proteins to facilitate functional assays and structural studies. Recombinant protein technology allows researchers to obtain pure and active Creb5 for detailed biochemical characterization and to explore its interactions with other cellular components. These studies can provide insights into the molecular underpinnings of diseases linked to Creb5 dysregulation and contribute to the development of innovative treatments that target specific signaling pathways. As a result, advancing our understanding of Creb5 through recombinant protein research is essential for deciphering its biological roles and therapeutic potential in health and disease.
