稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MIIP (Metadherin-Interacting Protein) is a crucial protein that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and cancer research due to its intricate role in tumor biology and cellular interactions. Initially identified as a modulator of the Metadherin pathway, MIIP has been implicated in various cellular processes including proliferation, apoptosis, and invasion. Research has shown that MIIP may play a significant role in regulating the metastatic potential of cancer cells, making it a potential biomarker for cancer progression. The aberrant expression of MIIP is linked to several types of cancer, including breast and lung cancers, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target. Investigations into the structural properties and functional mechanisms of MIIP are vital for understanding its interactions within cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, the development of recombinant MIIP proteins allows for advanced studies on its biological activity and therapeutic potential. Overall, ongoing research into MIIP and its pathways could provide valuable insights into cancer biology and contribute to the development of novel cancer therapies.
