稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MGRN1 (MAGE-G1) is a member of the MAGE (Melanoma Antigen Gene) family of proteins and is characterized by its RING-finger domain, which plays a crucial role in ubiquitin E3 ligase activity. Research into MGRN1 has gained significant attention due to its implications in various physiological processes, including cellular signaling, protein degradation, and tumor suppression. It is predominantly expressed in the testis and certain cancers, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. MGRN1's ability to regulate the ubiquitin-proteasome system is vital for maintaining protein homeostasis, and dysregulation of this pathway is often linked to tumorigenesis. Moreover, studies have suggested that MGRN1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases, given its influence on protein aggregation and degradation. The recombinant expression of MGRN1 protein allows for detailed examination of its molecular functions, interactions with other cellular proteins, and its role in ubiquitination processes. By generating and characterizing recombinant MGRN1, researchers aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the biological significance of MGRN1 through recombinant studies could provide insights into novel treatment strategies for cancer and other disorders associated with proteostasis.
