稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLA2G7 (Phospholipase A2 Group VII), also known as lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2), is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and inflammatory processes. It is primarily associated with high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and is involved in the hydrolysis of oxidized phospholipids, contributing to the modification of lipoprotein particles and the regulation of inflammatory responses. Increased levels of PLA2G7 have been linked to cardiovascular diseases and other inflammatory disorders, making it a potential biomarker for predicting health risks. Given its significant biological functions, researchers have focused on characterizing and producing recombinant PLA2G7 to investigate its mechanisms of action, role in disease progression, and potential therapeutic applications. Recombinant protein studies facilitate detailed biochemical assays and offer insights into the enzyme's structure-function relationships, as well as its interactions with various substrates and inhibitors. Furthermore, understanding the properties of PLA2G7 can pave the way for the development of novel pharmacological agents targeting this enzyme, which may hold promise in managing cardiovascular events and other related disorders. Overall, the investigation of recombinant PLA2G7 enhances our understanding of lipid metabolism and inflammation, thereby providing valuable information for future research in cardiovascular health and disease intervention.
