Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MEX3C is a member of the MEX3 family of RNA-binding proteins, which are known to play critical roles in post-transcriptional regulation of genes by influencing mRNA stability and translation. The study of MEX3C has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research indicates that MEX3C is intricately linked to several human diseases, including cancer, where it may act as an onco-protein by regulating the expression of oncogenic and tumor suppressor mRNAs. Furthermore, MEX3C has been shown to be overexpressed in several malignancies, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. The recombinant production of MEX3C protein facilitates in-depth studies of its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to explore its specific interactions with RNA and other cellular substrates. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of MEX3C's action could pave the way for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathways in disease contexts. As such, the exploration of MEX3C recombinant protein is not only pivotal for basic science but also holds promise for translational applications in understanding and treating diseases where MEX3C is implicated.
