Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The VACWR052 recombinant protein is derived from the vaccinia virus, a member of the Poxviridae family. Research into this protein has gained significant attention due to its potential role in understanding viral pathogenesis and immune evasion mechanisms. The VACWR052 gene encodes a protein that is believed to contribute to the virus's ability to modulate host immune responses, making it a critical target for studying how poxviruses interact with the immune system. Investigating this protein may provide insights into its function in viral replication, propagation, and the host's defense mechanisms. Furthermore, the knowledge gained from studying VACWR052 could pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies and vaccine designs, particularly in the context of poxvirus infections and related pathogens. As recombinant technology advances, the expression and purification of this protein facilitate detailed investigations into its structural characteristics and biological functions, leading to a deeper understanding of poxvirus biology and potential implications for public health.
