Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPN21, or Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Non-Receptor Type 21, is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, which plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell growth, and differentiation. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, notably cancer and autoimmune disorders. Recent studies have highlighted PTPN21's involvement in immune responses and its potential as a therapeutic target for enhancing immune function. Researchers have focused on the structural and functional characterization of recombinant PTPN21 proteins to understand their enzymatic mechanisms and substrate specificity better. The development of recombinant PTPN21 allows for the analysis of its interactions with other cellular proteins and pathways, offering insights into its role in disease progression. As the understanding of PTPN21 advances, researchers are exploring its potential applications in targeted therapies, aiming to modulate immune responses and improve treatment outcomes for conditions where PTPN21 is implicated. This focus on recombinant PTPN21 not only enhances our fundamental knowledge of PTPs but also paves the way for innovative approaches in drug development and precision medicine.
