稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAP2, or Transporter associated with Antigen Processing 2, is a critical protein in the immune system, playing a pivotal role in the presentation of intracellular antigens by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules. It is part of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, facilitating the translocation of peptides generated from proteasomal degradation into the endoplasmic reticulum, where they are loaded onto MHC class I molecules for subsequent presentation to CD8+ T cells. Understanding TAP2's structure and function is vital for elucidating mechanisms of immune response and tolerance, as well as the development of immunotherapies and vaccines. Research on recombinant TAP2 proteins has focused on characterizing their biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and implications in diseases such as cancer and viral infections. By generating recombinant TAP2, researchers aim to explore its potential as a target for enhancing antigen presentation, which could improve the efficacy of immune responses against tumors and pathogens. Overall, the study of TAP2 and its recombinant forms is crucial for advancing our knowledge of immune mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
