Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MARS (Methionyl-tRNA synthetase) is a crucial enzyme in the protein synthesis process, responsible for charging transfer RNA (tRNA) molecules with their corresponding amino acids, specifically methionine. The importance of MARS extends beyond its fundamental role in translation; it is also implicated in various cellular functions, including signal transduction, stress responses, and the regulation of gene expression. Abnormalities in MARS can lead to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Recent research has focused on understanding the structure-function relationship of MARS and its interactions with other cellular components. This has led to the exploration of MARS as a potential biomarker for disease and a target for drug development. The advent of recombinant protein technology has allowed for the production of MARS in controlled laboratory settings, enabling detailed studies of its enzymatic activity and interaction with other biomolecules. Furthermore, the manipulation of MARS through gene editing techniques has opened new avenues for investigating its role in disease mechanisms. By elucidating the pathways and interactions involving MARS, researchers aim to provide insights into its functions and potential implications in health and disease. As the understanding of MARS continues to advance, it holds promise not only for elucidating fundamental biological processes but also for informing the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
