Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Tsku, a member of the TGF-β superfamily, is a protein that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and extracellular matrix regulation. Historically, research into Tsku has focused on its involvement in developmental biology and its potential implications in tissue regeneration and repair. Recent studies have revealed that Tsku exhibits significant affinity for specific cellular receptors, indicating its vital role in mediating cellular signaling pathways. This has generated interest in Tsku as a potential therapeutic target for diseases characterized by aberrant signaling mechanisms, such as cancer and fibrosis. The recombinant expression of Tsku has enabled researchers to produce this protein in vitro, facilitating detailed investigations into its biochemical properties and biological functions. By understanding the structure-function relationships of recombinant Tsku, scientists aim to elucidate its role in health and disease, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies. Moreover, Tsku's potential applications in regenerative medicine and biotechnology underscore the importance of continued research in this field, with the hope of harnessing its properties for therapeutic uses.
