稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDZD11, a member of the PDZ domain-containing protein family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell adhesion, and cytoskeletal organization. Its significance is underscored by its involvement in several diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Recent studies have shown that PDZD11 can interact with multiple signaling pathways, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of PDZD11 protein facilitates the detailed study of its structure and function, which are essential for understanding its biological roles. Moreover, the production of PDZD11 as a recombinant protein in suitable expression systems, like bacteria or yeast, allows for large-scale availability of the protein for biochemical analyses and functional assays. These studies aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which PDZD11 influences cellular behavior and contributes to disease progression. The knowledge gained from PDZD11 research could lead to the identification of novel biomarkers for disease prognosis and the development of targeted therapies, highlighting the protein's potential as a valuable focus area in biomedical research.
