Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXL2 (Forkhead Box L2) is a pivotal transcription factor crucial for the development and function of ovarian tissues in vertebrates. Identified as a key player in ovarian differentiation, FOXL2 is involved in maintaining the identity and function of ovarian somatic cells, and it plays a significant role in sex determination and reproductive health. Mutations or dysregulation of FOXL2 have been linked to various reproductive disorders, including premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and certain forms of granulosa cell tumors. Research on FOXL2 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its functional domains, interaction partners, and regulatory mechanisms, providing insights into its role in ovarian biology and related pathologies. The production of FOXL2 recombinant proteins allows for detailed biochemical and structural analyses, facilitating the exploration of its transcriptional regulation and signaling pathways. Furthermore, the study of FOXL2's molecular interactions can inform potential therapeutic strategies targeting ovarian dysfunctions. As such, understanding FOXL2 at the protein level is critically important for advancing reproductive health research and developing novel treatments for ovarian diseases.
