Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAP3K7, also known as TGF-beta-activated kinase 1 (TAK1), is a pivotal component of various signaling pathways that regulate critical cellular processes, including inflammation, apoptosis, and cell survival. It serves as an upstream activator in the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade and is involved in the Toll-like receptor (TLR) and interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) signaling. The dysregulation of MAP3K7 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders. Research into the recombinant protein of MAP3K7 has gained significant attention due to its potential therapeutic implications and role in understanding disease mechanisms. Recombinant MAP3K7 is used to elucidate its biochemical properties, investigate its interactions with other signaling molecules, and explore its function in various cellular contexts. Furthermore, the generation of MAP3K7 knockout or mutant models has provided insights into its role in developmental processes and cellular responses to stress. Given its central role in key signaling networks, MAP3K7 continues to be a focus of research aimed at uncovering novel therapeutic targets and strategies for the treatment of diseases linked to its dysregulation.
