Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAP3K15, also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 15, is a member of the MAPK signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in cancer progression, inflammatory responses, and neurodegenerative diseases. The interest in MAP3K15 has surged due to its potential as a therapeutic target; however, a detailed understanding of its functional mechanisms and interactions is still limited. Research efforts have focused on the recombinant expression of MAP3K15 protein to facilitate the study of its biochemical properties and its role in the MAPK signaling cascade. By producing this protein in suitable expression systems, researchers aim to elucidate its structural characteristics, kinase activity, and specific interactions with downstream effectors. This knowledge may provide insights into how dysregulation of MAP3K15 contributes to disease pathology and may lead to the development of targeted treatments. As such, the recombinant MAP3K15 protein serves as a vital tool in understanding its biological functions and therapeutic implications, paving the way for further exploration of MAPK pathway components in various disease contexts.
